Lose weight with the fat burning food diet

Today many people are opting for fat burning diets. In such a diet program, fat loss takes place when the intake of calories is less than the calories burnt. The body functions are taken in to consideration by the metabolism and burns about 1200 calories each day depending on certain factors. Your physical activity versus the calorie intake of food determines the surplus or deficit of fat. If your physical activity exceeds food intake, you will burn more fat. However, for weight loss, you must burn fat within a reasonable limit. 

The basis of a fat burning diet:

 1. Eat food in small quantity at small intervals, every 2-3hours.

2. The physical activity level must be more than your calorie intake.

An ideal fat burning diet must include the following:

Breakfast – oatmeal and 3 egg whites with a small banana.

Snack 1 - Fat free yogurt with about ¼ cup of berries and nuts.

Lunch – Fish fillet or chicken breast with 2 cup greens and ¼ cup brown rice.

Snack 2 - Two plain rice cakes with one tsp almond butter per pc and ½half cup to one cup chopped broccoli

Dinner - Large fish fillet of cod or snapper steamed with one cup (measured cooked) mustard greens and spinach plus a yam or small potato.

Snack 3 – Protein drink(s).

This will help you in losing serious fats and you can expect fat loss of about 2 pounds per week if you stick with the diet and perform regular exercises.
